Do you believe the Bible?

Watch the difference in how Gulianni, Romney, and Huckabee handle this question. It's amazing.

Who do you believe answered that question honestly. Obviously Huckabee knocked it out of the park, but I believe Gulianni answered it honestly, and Romney, well he really didn't know what to say.

You hit the nail on the head. Romney thought "it's the word of God" would give him a free pass, but it doesn't. The American people wanted to know what Romney thought, and I don't think he believes anything until his campaign staff tells him to.

Giuliani was honest, and Huckabee was not only honest, but appealed at once to Evangelicals, liberal Christians, and even the non-religious. Pure genius.

I agree with anonymous, his answer was not only sincere it also appealed to many people with different beliefs. After the debate I saw many liberal pundits who were awed by his answer. Thats why I like this guy, he's just awesome.

There's something to be said too for the confidence with which Huckabee was able to handle this question. He didn't have to fumble for words, he just knew what he believed and said it.

Gulianni did ok in this regard, but you could still tell that he knew that his answer was not going to go over well with a lot of Christians.

The great thing about Huckabee is that HE is actually the guy running for President. Genuine. It seems like we're actually getting to consider a person, and not just a candidate, if you know what I mean.
